Michelle — Operations, Customer Care & Co-Owner

Michelle is the heart behind the scenes, ensuring every homeowner experience is handled with care, clarity, and respect. Her attention to detail, organization, and genuine care for people help create a smooth, professional experience that homeowners can trust from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

She believes great service starts long before a technician arrives and continues well after the job is complete. Michelle is dedicated to making sure customers feel heard, informed, and confident in their decisions—especially during stressful plumbing situations.

Prior to joining Shane, Michelle was a Registered Nurse taking care of people. Her passion for helping people translates well into her role at Rocky Mountain Plumbing Services.
